Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopamias.ca, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on unworn, non-custom pieces within 7 days of delivery. To begin an exchange, send us an email with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if we’ve made a mistake, please reach out with photos within 7 days of when you receive the package. We’ll happily replace the item (if it is still available) or give you a refund using the original method of payment. The refund will cover the purchase cost and shipping cost.
What qualifies as damaged jewelry?
A piece is considered damaged if it arrives:
- Broken or visibly cracked
- Missing components (e.g. missing stone, chain clasp, earring back)
- Bent, warped, or unusable due to shipping damage
- Tarnished or scratched in a way that affects wear (not including natural patina or variations in handmade work)
Normal signs of handmade craftsmanship (like slight variations in texture, shape, or color) are not considered damage—they’re part of what makes each piece one of a kind!
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, work on your order may have already begun.
